  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Please allow the requested time period for the refund to be reflected in your account.

3. Cancellation of Services

If you wish to cancel a subscription or service, you may do so by following the instructions provided on the website or by contacting our support team at support@cogverge.in.

  • Subscription-based Services: If you cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next cycle, but any payments already made are non-refundable.
  • One-time Purchases: For one-time purchases, cancellation is possible only if the service or product has not been accessed or used, and the request is made within the allowed refund window.

4. Non-Refundable Items/Services

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
  • Services that have been fully rendered, including completed exam coaching, study sessions, and other educational activities.
  • Custom or personalized services and materials.
